Recreation is abundant during all four seasons, as this townhouse is located in the Schuss Mountain Village of Shanty Creek, a major resort in the heart of Michigan's snowbelt. It is steps away from a pool, golf, trails, skiing, restaurants, and other activities. In addition, this townhouse is also close to a chain of lakes.

Location: in the Schuss Mountain Village of the Shanty Creek resort, which is five miles from lovely Bellaire, and also close to Mancelona. Nearby towns also include Grayling, Traverse City and Charlevoix. It is less than four hours from the Detroit area. Click here for directions  from all areas. 

The 1500 square foot townhouse has been recently updated, including brand new carpeting throughout, and new beds. It has electric heat and window air conditioners that cool the entire place.

There are three large bedrooms, and a small loft. There are two full bathrooms, a living room and full kitchen/dining area. There is also a beautiful deck overlooking the trails and the golf course. 

The townhouse can be separated into two separate units by an indoor staircase and door. The bottom unit consists of the living room; kitchen/dining area; full bathroom with a shower; and a master bedroom, including a washer and small dryer. The top unit has two bedrooms and a small loft, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Both units together total 1500 square feet.
