Proud grandfather (DEDA) of Shaun, Jason and Marc Fustin, Devon McKinley, and Matthew Debrowsky. he was predeceased by granddaughter, Chelsea Elizabeth Pascoe on September 10, 2008. Pete was one of six children born to Jacob and Millie Generalovich. He was predeceased by is siblings Charles, Maria and Alexander Generalovich, Mary Tringali and Helen Antovich. Peter was joined in marriage to Helen Popovich on August 5, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan. They spent 58 wonderful years together raising their five children and enjoying their six grandchildren. He was a Korean War veteran in the United States Army. Pete was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather (DEDA) and friend. He will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. GILROY JOHN GILROY MD FRCP FACP(S) passed away on November 13, 2008 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Dr. Gilroy, a resident of Bloomfield Hills, was the former chairman of neurology at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak . Prior to that, he was the Chairman of Neurology at Wayne State University and Harper Hospital . His vision and passion led to the creation of the Beaumont Neuroscience Center, a state of the art teaching and care facility. He was revered by patients and admired by colleagues. He was a published author and renowned lecturer and teacher. Dr Gilroy was 83 years old. He is survived by his wife Renee Terry Gilroy, his children Ian, Robin and Wendy (David) Clements, his grandchildren Allyson, Jonathon, Amanda, Alexis, Jourdan, Alaina, and John (Jac), his great granddaughter Taylor, and the mother of his children, Betty Gilroy. GOETZ ANGUS GERALD GOETZ JR ANGUS GOETZ JR of Bloomfield Hills; born September 28, 1935, in Detroit; died November 10, 2008, in his home, after a long illness. A lifelong resident of Bloomfield Hills, he had also resided in Grosse Pointe. He was an attorney with his own firm, Hardig, McConnell, Goetz & Palmiere, P.C, of Bloomfield Hills. He received his BA from the University of Michigan in 1957 and his LLB from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1961. Angus was a lecturer on ethics and professional responsibility. He was also a member of the Professional and Judicial Ethics Committee and was its Chairperson from 1977-1983 and 1988-1994. He was also Chairperson of the Client Protection Fund Committee, 2001-2004, held numerous positions with the Michigan State Bar Association and Oakland Bar Association, was nominated for the Champion of Justice Award by the State Bar of Michigan, was a fellow of the American Bar Foundation in 1987, and received the State Bar of Michigan Roberts P. Hudson Award for "Outstanding and Unique" services in 1983. He was also a member of the Turtle Lake Club, Michigan Bar Association. Mary Ann loved music and was a classically trained soprano. She was active in her parish and sang in the choir for twenty-six years. She loved to play the piano and her artistic talents spanned many of the arts. She worked for many years at the Judson Center caring for the mentally disabled. Karen had a beautiful voice and a passion for theater that led to her involvement with the Plymouth Theater Guild for over 10 years, serving as President for over 7 years. She also served as a member of the Player's Guild of Dearborn as both a performer and board member. She worked at Bill Knapp's Restaurant for many years sharing her warm smile with her customers. She also loved working at Foursight Creative Group in Plymouth from where she retired in 2004. Loving mother of the late Maurice (October 30, 2008) Jones, Jim Jones, Steve Jones, Kathy Wilson and Gloria Wilson. Dearest daughter of the late Morris and Eva Mesler. Dear sister of the late Vivian Knite. Also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visitation Sunday November 23, 1-3 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 2 p.m. at Applewood Nursing Home, 18500 Van Horn Rd., Woodhaven, MI, 48183.
