Mr. Dautermann is predeceased by his beloved wife Jeanette and siblings Fredric, Paul, David, Grace and Edith. Mr. Dautermann is survived by his loving children David (Judy) Dautermann, Donna (John) Stadel and Barbara (Michael) Seuss; sisters Marion Sery and Rachel Trinko; as well as nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. DAVENPORT ANNE-LISE DAVEM[PRT of Lake City, formerly of Clarkston; passed away Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids. She was 65 years old. Mrs. Davenport was born March 20, 1943 in Oslo, Norway to Adolf and Borghild Sorensen. She married Ted G. Davenport March 7, 1964 at Fort Ben Harrison, Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a member of the American Legion Post # 300 Auxiliary of Lake City. She is survived by her husband, Ted; three sons, Erik (Lori) Davenport of Oxford, Tony (Cindy) Davenport of Macomb, and Brian (Christine) Davenport of Oxford; and also survived by three step-children, Robert (Shirley) Davenport of Kalkaska, Scott (Barbara) Davenport of Mancelona and Doris( Tom) Schultz of Canby, Oregon; and a sister, Reidun Lindaas of Oslo, Norway; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. DAVIS PASTOR ANANIAS DAVIS PASTOR DAVIS was born and raised in Mississippi, the sixth of eight children. He was converted, August 27, 1929. He married Jennie Maebelle Griffin, December 12, 1937, to this union a son was born. Pastor Davis became a Deacon in 1945 at the Beautiful Zion Baptist Church. In 1950, he moved his family to Detroit, Michigan and later a daughter was born. Upon his arrival I Detroit, he united with the New Bethel Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Rev. C. L. Franklin. In 1960, he moved his membership to the Holy Cross Baptist Church, under the covering of the late Rev. Eddie Shack. There he served on the Deacon Board until he accepted his calling to the ministry, on the first Sunday in May of 1964. On the fourth Sunday in October 1965, Pastor Davis was called to Pastor the Welcome Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Davis attended the Michigan School of Religion from 1967-1970, where he earned his Doctor of Divinity Degree. He began a radio outreach ministry in February of 1988 where the services were heard over the airwaves of WGPR 107.5 FM each Sunday evening at 6:30p.m. Pastor Davis formally served as the First Vice-President of the Congress on Christian Education of Fellowship District and served faithfully with Sunday School Congress. When Pastor Davis was called to pastor the Welcome Missionary Baptist Church, the congregation had only five(5) members. We marched in the to 3730 Phillip on November 4, 2007. Pastor Davis served as a pillar of the community. Pastor Davis went from labor to reward on Feb. 5, 2009. Celebration of Life and Homegoing will follow, lie in state Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, 4-9p.m. at Welcome Baptist Church and Thursday until. The address is 3730 Phillip, Detroit, MI. DENOMME ELEANOR DENOMME age 94; of Marquette; died early Thursday morning, February 19, 2009, at the Norlite Nursing Center in Marquette. Mrs. Denomme was born on February 25, 1914, in Detroit to the late Floyd E. and Alice M. (Brauer) Sitts. She had lived in Marquette since 2000, moving here from St. Johns, MI. Eleanor loved to sing and was a collector of fine and different hats, wearing them for many occasions. She also took great joy in speaking of her son, Steve s athletic career. Eleanor was a caring and graceful woman who always possessed a keen sense of humor. She was a member of St. Mary s Cathedral in Gaylord. Survivors include one son, Steve Kebler of Valdosta, GA; and two grandchildren, Steve (Pam) Kebler, also of Valdosta, GA, and Susan Stephens of Lula, GA; also a close friend and Eleanor s Marquette family, Mark and Heidi Simon. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Steve Kebler, in 1950 and her second husband, Walter Denomme, in 1988. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 24, from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Msgr. Jed Patrick officiating. He was born April 18, 1930, to Arnold E. and Lillian (Christie) Domke. Skip graduated from McKenzie High School in Detroit, earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Idaho, and a Master's degree from the University of Illinois. He served in the US Air Force. Skip enjoyed a successful career in education for more than thirty years, as teacher, coach and athletic director at Edsel Ford High School in Dearborn, retiring to East Jordan in 1986. While at Edsel Ford, he coached the Boys Class A Cross Country State Champions in 1981. Skip enjoyed sailing, swimming, traveling, being outdoors and camping. In 1989, he married Romane (Williams) Everett of Charlevoix. Skip is survived by Romane; his children, James (Michele) Domke of Sunnyvale, Calif., Teresa (William) Beam of Placentia, Calif., Mike (Terri) Domke of Dallas, Tex., Laurie (Anthony) Loncar of Colorado Springs, Colo., David (Lisa) Domke of Seattle, Wash.; grandchildren, Sara and Dan Beam; Chase, William, Samuel, Trisha, and Eric Domke. She had been battling breast cancer for the past 5 months but treatment had been beneficial and she was looking forward to beginning life anew, healthy. She died with family and friends around her in a peaceful state in a hospice in Phoenix, Arizona. During her life Karen delved deeply into spiritual awakenings and enjoyed a special, personal and unique connection to God. She is survived by her sisters Denise Denney, Rochelle Dornatt and Alessandra Derniat, her brother Joseph Dornatt, and her nephews Austin and Ross McGuyer and Joey Dornatt. John was born in Stratford, Ontario, on October 11, 1929. He joined the U.S. Army in 1948 and is a Korean War veteran. Following his military service, he lived in Rochester for many years and worked for the Martin Bus Lines and for his aunt and uncle, Nelda and Earl Carmichael, and the Carmichael School Bus Lines of Rochester. In 1956, he began his 40 year long career working as a test driver at the Ford Michigan Proving Grounds in Romeo where he was a dedicated and loyal employee until the day he retired and was almost always seen proudly wearing his Ford hat. He eventually moved to Lake Orion where he became a favorite friend to many, especially Nick and Tara Christi, owners of Christi s Bar & Grill, Jaqui McMahon, & Keith Flannigan, with whom he enjoyed yearly trips to Cancun, Mexico. John was a simple and genuine person who enjoyed the comfort of having good friends in his life, his own stool to sit on at his favorite bar, and the family he was very proud of. DUSENBURY BETTY LOU DUSENBURY BETTY DUSENBURY daughter of the late Leonard and Iva Jane VanderKooy; and beloved wife of the late Kleber Dusenbury; died February 8, 2009, in Florida. Dearest mother of Kleber (Sharon) Dusenbury, of South Carolina; Kim (David) Gaide, of Fort Myers; and Karen (Bob) Sak of Burton, MI; devoted grandma to Wendy Sak, Alex Sak, David (Lindsay) Gaide, Zachary Gaide and Kristie Kennington; loving great grandmother of Braydon; sister of Richard (Sue) VanderKooy of Goodrich, Phyllis Herron of Saginaw, Gloria Scheall of Davison, Gerrit (Hazel) VanderKooy of Colorado and Leroy (deceased) Lois of Saginaw; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Betty worked at Wrigley s when she met her husband and later was homemaker until the death of her husband. She went back to work at Hughes & Hatcher clothing store until her retirement to North Fort Myers in 1981. Betty was a member of NARFE and a lifetime member of Elks BPOE of Pontiac, MI. A Chapel Service will be held at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, MI, on Thursday, February 12, at 2 p.m. Donations may be given on Betty s behalf to either of these programs at Lee Memorial Health System: Auxiliary Education Scholarship Fund for future healthcare workers or the Military Support Program; P.O. Carol died peacefully in St. Johns Hospice after suffering an acute heart arrhythmia on November 27, 2008. Beloved wife of Paul. Devoted mother to Cameron and Noel. Dearly loved daughter of Joanne and the late Ted Depa. Much loved sister of Patricia, Don, Mark and Gary (Dona) Depa. Dearly loved niece of Frances Lee (Palazzolo), Rosalie House (Palazzolo), Carol Palazzolo, Jerry (Dorthea) Palazzolo, and the late Mathew (Catherine) Palazzolo, and the late Dominic Palazzolo. Daughter-in-law to Thomas and Kathy Dyde, Jack and Jean Whitehead. Sister-in-law to Garry and Olivia Dyde and the late Tony Dyde and Anne. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces. Carol is also survived by countless friends and loved ones. Carol was such a special person who touched the lives of everyone she met. She will live in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
