He was a corporate lobbyist for some of America's largest beverage companies, starting his career in the Marketing & Sales division with Schaefer & Stroh Brewery Companies. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and active with the local VFW & American Legion Posts and also a member of the Elks Club. Pat was a wonderful man who was loved and appreciated by family and friends. He was always there to give a helping hand to those in need. He had a great sence of humor and loved fishing and traveling. Services will be held Tuesday in Redding, CA.

BEIGHEY RAYMOND BEIGHEYAge 83, a longtime resident of St. Clair Shores, died February 18 in Clermont, Florida. Ray was a WWII vet and served as a St. Clair Shores Police Officer for 17 years, a St. Clair Shores Fireman for 18 years, and the founder and former owner of Michigan Marine Gear for 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, boating, golfing, and cards. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Frederick and Laverne; his sister, Geraldine Morgan; and his beloved wife of 38 years, Dolores. He was survived by his sister Phyllis Linsdeau; and nine children, Frances (Tony), Barbara (Gordon), Raymond (Dee), Cynthia (William), Kimberly, Carol (Larry), Linda (Ted), Michael (Peggy), and Jayne.
