Mrs. Wagerson was born on the southwest shore of Torch Lake in northern Michigan on January 3, 1928 to Alex and Maxine Campbell. Mrs. Wagerson is survived by her daughters Deborah (Charles) Grombala of Saugatuck, MI; Cindy (Jim) Pixley of Traverse City, MI; and Susan (Greg) Payne of Rochester Hills, MI. She is also survived by grandchildren Khaki and Elizabeth Pixley, and Andrew, Rebecca and Joseph Payne, her stepmother Vera Campbell of Rapid City, MI; nephew John Rogalski and niece Valerie Rogalski.

WALKER ALICE E WALKER ALICE WALKER Age 73, formerly of Clawson, March 10, 2009. Wife of the late Allen. Mother of Timothy (Dawn) Walker, Wendy (Billy) Bowen, Sherri (Rev. WALKER GLEN WALKER Age 78, died Sunday, March 8, 2009, surrounded by family in his home in Grand Blanc, after a courageous 12-year battle with leukemia. Glen was born on July 14, 1930 to Monie Calvin and Cora Mae Walker in Macbeth, West Virginia. Mr. Walker attended Rets Electronics School and God's Bible School; in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1953, he moved his family to the Detroit area, where he worked at Ford Motor Company for 41 years as a Pyrometer Skilled Tradesman. A devoted Christian, he had a great passion for touching souls with gospel music. He organized and sang in several quartets that spread their ministries in nursing homes and prisons, as well as churches. He also served as Minister of Music at several churches. A gifted athlete, Mr. Walker took great joy in coaching his sons and granddaughter in Little League baseball. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Juanita June; children, Rebecca (Roger) Royer, Charles (Shirley) Walker and Randy (Linda) Walker; four grandchildren, Clayton (Sherri), Steven (Andrea), Julie and Brian; as well as six great-grandchildren, Jared, Anthony, Alexis, Sophia, Kaylee and Anderson. He was preceded in death by his sons, Timothy W. Walker and Glen E. Walker, II. A viewing will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Mr. Walker will lie-in-state from 10a.m.-12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March, 11, 2009 at Fairhaven Baptist Church, 34850 Marquette St., Westland. WALT ALAN WALT 80; Husband, Father, Lawyer, Labor Arbitrator. Alan Walt, of West Bloomfield, born June 13, 1928 in Detroit, passed away in Sarasota, FL on March 22, 2009. He is survived by wife Arlene, daughter Adrienne, son Robert, and is predeceased by beautiful daughter, Julie. Mr. Walt was a successful labor arbitrator, deciding thousands of disputes involving a wide range of union, public, and private sector organizations. Previously, he practiced law in the firm bearing his own name, was City Attorney of Livonia, and was an Assistant Prosecutor for Wayne County. Mr. Walt earned B.A. and J.D. degrees from Wayne State University and was member of the Michigan Bar. He was commissioned as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and served in the Judge Advocate General Corps. Alan Walt was a generous and devoted husband, father, father-in-law, and friend, a patron of the arts, and an individual who was committed to and maintained the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. WEISS EMORY ENOCH WEISS EMORY WEISS Age 92 of Clinton Township, passed away Friday, March 27. 2009 in Brighton, MI. He was born January 6, 1917 in Mt. Clemens. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Elizabeth (Clarke) Weiss. Mr. Weiss, a violinist who studied at the Ganapol School of Musical Art in Detroit, MI, was a violin teacher who played in community orchestras and local churches for many years. He married Frances E. Couillard, who was also a graduate of the Ganapol School, in 1940; Frances pre-deceased him in 1980. He is survived by their children, Rosemary E. Gould, Peter E. Weiss, John C. Weiss and Barbara L. Tutt; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. During his lifetime, Emory lived in Detroit, Cheboygan and Mt. Clemens. His Cheboygan home on Lake Huron, with a view of the Mackinac Bridge, was a source of great joy to him. He enjoyed word search puzzles, working in the yard, driving in the country, and visiting with family and friends, along with playing the fiddle and harmonica, his wife also played the guitar and sang in a band with him. Mr. Weldon was a Job Setter at Chevrolet Spring and Bumper in Livonia for 26 years, retiring in 1980. Before his career at GM he was a farmer, lumberjack, and miner. Ted spread joy and laughter with his incredible sense of humor wherever he went. Ted loved to tell stories and jokes to make all the people he knew laugh. He was born August 23, 1962 in Pontiac, Michigan the son of Harold and Marilyn (Bodson) Wyke. He was a 1980 graduate of Clarkston High School and moved to Marlette in 2003 from Dearborn, MI. Darrell married Judyth Diegel on December 28, 1995 in Sandusky, MI. He was a Project Manager for I.S.C.G. of Royal Oak and was certified in Haworth Furniture. Darrell was a volunteer at the Marlette VFW Post #4837. His special interests included wood working and mechanics. He is survived by his wife Judy; Brandon Wyke (son) of Clarkston; Harold and Marilyn Wyke (parents) of Clarkston; Rochelle and Terry Beiser (sister) of Jackson, Lisa and Mark Keel (sister) of Clarkston; beloved uncle of Dustin, Dillon, Abigail Keel and Christie Allen.
